Report on Halberd Corporation
Halberd Corporation (HALB) is a development
stage company, providing a web portal for interested parties to find,
buy and sell businesses, real estate, and equipment, as well as all
the related services needed to support the transaction, including
financing, incorporation, professional help and additional business
resources.
The company´s operations are conducted
under the website „Sellmybusiness.com“. Sellmybusiness.com should
support businesses of all sizes and types, including start-ups,
well-established companies, multinational public corporations and
franchises.
In February 2012, Advanced Defense
Technologies, Inc. announced that it has signed a joint venture with
Halberd Corp to build next generation drones and UAVs.
The company has competition in it´s
market by BizBuySells.com, BizQuest.com and many more.
Analysis:
Halberd is currently (Nov. 29th
2014) valued at $0.007 per share. It´s 52 week low is at $0.0015 and it´s 52 week high at $0.02 on an average volume of 2.12M.
Recent events of this company show
great potential. On October 23 Halberd announced a definitive
agreement with Gear International of Washington, Inc. The contract is
part of a financing transaction for fixed payments from two different
licensed medicinal marijuana farming operations. These farms are
currently operating and with Halberd´s financing will be able to
expand and to be able to produce at a higher rate. Revenue streams
from this operation will commence in approximately 6-8 months.
This entry in the green market shows
the ability of Halberd to continue its growth as a diverse holding
company.
Another positive development of this
company is their subsidiary I-Tap, Inc. On Oct 06, 2014, I-Tap
announced that Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD) has scheduled a test of the I-Tap
beer dispensing system at their research and development draught room
in St. Louis. I-Tap currently has a robust sales pipeline with approx
$150 million in potential gross sales.
These recent developments does make
HALB a potential breakout, but you have to be carefull. HALB is
operating in a fast moving industry with a lot of competitors. There
is high risk in this penny stock, so I wouldn´t recommend a long
term position in this stock, if you´re not paying close attention.
But for every daytrader or risk-averse
Trader this stock is a must watch. So better put it on your
watchlist. On Nov 19, 2014 they hired Zwick & Banyai, PLLC to
audit the company. The audit should start mid-December.
CEO John C Maddox told the press: „We
are continuing to move forward with our business plan, which we
believe can and will be great for all of our loyal shareholders.
Becoming fully reporting and moving back to the OTC Markets Bulletin
Board will give Halberd access to better funding and financing
opportunities.“
With these news and the hype this stock
is currently getting on Twitter and the Marijuana Market the average
movement of this stock could rapidly go up and this makes this stock
to a volatile opportunity to make some money with the risk of losing
it all.
